Package: Salary: £50-55K plus 10K bonus (2.5K quarter) 500 UK pounds per month car allowance pension (Very competitive pension) health insurance.

Job Overview:
Pre-sale and post-sale customer support of Ultrasound products and their applications in the geographical area of the UK.
Looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Clinical Applications Specialist to strengthen the team. The Clinical Applications Specialist reports directly to the European Clinical Applications Manager and will work closely with other members of the clinical applications team, Country Sales Manager, and the Regional Sales Managers in multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- The CAS will be responsible for the following: Responsible for the installation of the ultrasound systems at customer facilities within the region.
- Providing assistance for applications and technical support to customers on-site and from the (home) office.
- Sales support in regards to visit of customers with installed base.
- Provide on-site technical support for supra-regional and international shows and events After sales support for questions regarding handling and operating the products Support of the regional sales representatives with regard to installations, technical and applicational questions
- Provide professional training to customers and colleagues.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Must be a qualified Sonographer or echocardiographer
- Must have experience in defining problems and offering customer-oriented solutions for their problems on-site, via phone and email.
- Must be able to perform under pressure as sometimes encountered at the customer’s facility while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Must work with a minimum of supervision and be able to objectively evaluate when assistance is required.
- Must have skills in computers and their application and should have experience with medical ultrasound devices.
- Responsibility to the Country Manager for achieving optimum product performance based on completed installations.
