Location: Dundee (Head Office)

The Role:
- Servicing and repairing medical equipment 50% repair and 50% administration in house – (Please note this is note a field based role
- To maintain and repair Instrumentation, Videoscopes, Fibrescopes & Industrial Borescopes and associated products in the Dundee repair department
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance as per service manuals, procedures and work instructions
- Perform repairs and rectification work as per service manuals, procedures and work instructions to ensure equipment is functioning to specification whilst adhering to any specific Service Level Agreements
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders in respect of utilizing and other devices, ensuring they are utilized to their full specification
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s products and solutions
- Increase and maintain knowledge on new products and devices in terms of functionality, repair, implementation and utilization
- Ensure all relevant training modules are performed and registrations are maintained
- Regularly attend technical training courses
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum ONC or similar in an Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering background preferred with experience of operating in an engineering service role.
- A recognized engineering apprenticeship would be desirable
- A knowledge of connectivity and networking of PC based systems would also be advantageous to the position
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels including written, verbal and listening
- Excellent electronic engineering knowledge and IT/ networking knowledge, with strong engineering skills
